ARKS Group
ARKS Group is one of the leaders of the construction market in the Moscow region. Founded in 2002, the Group provides a full range of building and construction services and also serves as the general contractor.
The main activities of the ARKS Group are construction of transport and engineering infrastructure objects, construction of residential and commercial buildings, project management. Besides, ARKS Group lately carries out projects related to water treatment and wastewater treatment.
The Group comprises companies specializing in the construction of bridges and overpasses, tunnels and utilities, roads, waterworks, solid construction, mounting of communication networks, power grids and Public lighting, installation of catenary.
ARKS Group completes federal and municipal, and private orders. Government orders constitute a significant part of the portfolio of the Group.
Some of the most significant objects of the ARKS Group are:
- Molodogvardeyskaya transport interchange;
- Reconstruction of the transport interchange between Moscow Ring Road and Kashirskoye highway;
- Reconstruction of the Dmitrovskoye highway on the section from Moscow Ring Road to the city limits;
- Reconstruction of the Kashirskoye Highway;
- Reconstruction of the arterial road Rublevskoye highway - Balaclavskiy Avenue (a part of the planned South belt road);
- Reconstruction of the transport interchange between Moscow Ring Road and Volgogradsky Avenue;
- Reconstruction of the Novo-Kuryanovo wastewater treatment facilities;
- Construction of Clinical and Diagnostic Medical Center MEDSI on Krasnaya Presnya;
- Reconstruction of the Volgogradsky Avenue from the Garden Ring to the city limits;
- Construction of the Podolsk Southern Bypass.
Currently, ARKS Group is working simultaneously on several large projects in Moscow and the Moscow region:
- Reconstruction of the transport interchange between Moscow Ring Road and Profsoyuznaya Street;
- Reconstruction of the Kaluzhskoye highway;
- Construction of the V section of the Central Ring Road;
- Construction of multifunction complex «Dolina Setun».
In recent years, the Group aims to diversify its business, developing new forms of infrastructure projects, such as the lifecycle contracts and operator contracts. ARKS Group pays great attention to investment projects, including in the framework of public-private partnership.
The Group employs about 5,000 people. Number of construction machinery and vehicles in use counts more than 600 units of equipment. The orders on hand of the Group exceed 75 billion rubles.
